Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we will replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

To be eligible:

Once approved, a replacement will be sent or a refund issued promptly.

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, production begins and cancellations are no longer possible.
